FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time by filling out the self-service cancellation form at the billing processor's website (see links above). You can also reply to the confirmation email that you received when you subscribed and say that you want to cancel the subscription.

How do I know which billing processor I used?
Most customers join through Epoch so that's your best bet. If you are not sure just search your inbox for Epoch, Vendo and SegPay and your confirmation email should come up from when you joined the site. This should have all the info needed to cancel your account at the billing processor.

Are premium accounts recurring?
Yes, for your convenience all memberships automatically recur until canceled. All our billing processors offer an easy to use self-service cancelation page as well as 24/7 telephone support so you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Can I choose which billing processor to use?
No, our primary processor is Epoch, most transactions will be processed through them.

Will I lose access to my favorites when I cancel?
No, when you cancel a premium subscription your account will be downgraded. With an expired account you still have access to all your favorites. Also note that when you cancel a premium subscription you still remain premium until your premium subscription expires.

Why do I need to submit my payment information for a free account?
We use this method to verify our users and it also allows us to easily charge those that wish to remain a premium member after the first month. Don't worry, you won't be charged anything for the first month and you can cancel at any time.

My question is not answered. Who do I contact for help?
For any billing related questions always contact the billing processor first. They are able to help you much faster than us. If they are unable to help you please contact us here.
